Danuva valley

The exact open-air festival place is a valley called Dainuva. It lies at the edge of the town of Anykščiai, 1 km away from the town centre, in the middle of a pine forest. It is a wonderful place for the festival and its visitors. Lush greenery, shade of pines and the sun’s heat, a comfortable slope facing the stage and ideally “planned” spaces, perfect for the festival action. Let’s not forget the refreshing water of the river Šventoji (the Holy) with its beach, as well as a delightful trail through the forest with wood sculptures in its depths, and other parts of the valley. It’s as if the nature itself made sure that the festival could draw visitors with its enchanting landscape.
