Accreditations

Media representatives or freelancers, willing to come to the festival on media purposes, are welcome to fill in the application form [ available in April ].

MEDIA accreditation allows to:
- enter the festival site (gives a press-pass).
- make photographs of the festival participants, concerts.
- make video (under advance agreement).
- interview festival participants, organizer (under advance agreement).

Applications are accepted till July 5 (inclusive).
Filled applications to be sent to info@devilstone.net. Received requests will be confirmed by a confirmation letter, sent to applicants’ address. Each application will be considered individually.

Not all requests might be approved. Accreditations are provided to reasoned requests, having clear objectives only.
Not more than two accreditations (press-passes) are provided per each separate media.

Media representatives will be informed about their approved requests till July 6.
Shifts of accredited individuals, if any, are accepted till July 8.

Applicants, who do not get a letter, approving the application, till July 6, are not accredited. The organizer keeps the right to inform those Media representatives, whose requests are accepted under organizer’s decision.

NOTE: if you get no reply in 24 hours after you send the application request, please, repeat your mail.

Media accreditations are also given to people who are not representatives of any media channel (freelance photographers, video artists, etc.). Please fill the same application form for the representatives of media [ download here ]. Please make sure you attach links to your portfolio (queries will not be evaluated without links to the works added).

Filled application forms are accepted until the 5th of July. Not all the queries may be satisfied. If you do not receive an e-mail untill 6th of Jully with a confirmation, it means that You were not granted an accreditation.
