What is the DEVILSTONE ticket system?
It is the system of ticket booking-buying, which allows getting ticket(s) to the DEVILSTONE Open Air 2012 in advance and directly from the organizer without any intermediaries. It also allows paying for the booked ticket(s) on the festival day at the entrance.

What is a reTicket?
It is a DEVILSTONE Open Air 2012 ticket reserved in advance via the DEVILSTONE ticket system. The fee for this ticket is to be paid on the festival day at the entrance.

Is it safe to book-buy a ticket via the DEVILSTONE Ticket System?
Yes. If you provide the needed information correctly when booking the ticket, it is send to the email address that you indicate.

How does the DEVILSTONE Ticket System work?
When you provide all needed information and press RESERVE, your information and reservation data reaches the organizer. After the booking, the reTicket of the festival is sent to your indicated email address in 48 working hours.

What is it meant by 48 working hours?
These are hours that start on Monday and end on Friday. Saturday and Sunday hours are not considered as working hours.

Is the printed out Devilstone reTicket safe?
Yes. All tickets, booked via the DEVILSTONE Ticket System, are safe. They are secured by unique codes. Each unique code is checked, identified and validated at the entrance only once.

Is it allowed to copy a reTicket?
No. Copying and falsifying reTickets is prohibited.

Will the reTicket be checked when entering the festival?
Yes, all tickets will be checked, identified and validated at the entrance.

By what time the DEVILSTONE Ticket System can be used?
The Ticket System will operate until July 11 only. After July 11 the Ticket System will be closed automatically.

I would like to get 8 or more tickets.
One person can book up to 7 non-group tickets. In case you are organizing a group of more than 4 festival visitors, it is highly recommended to book the so called Group Tickets. Group Tickets for organized groups of 5 or more people are even cheaper. Read more: Group Tickets.

What happens after I find a reTicket in my mailbox?
Print the reTicket on a white A4 piece of paper and have it ready to present it at the festival entrance. Make sure the unique barcode is printed well and legible.

I fill in the reservation form, book the ticket(s), but after 48 working hours I do not receive any reTicket.
The reTicket cannot reach you if you provided your email address wrong.
The reTicket may possibly get to your Spam, Junk or similar mailbox folder. Check your mailbox carefully.
If you are sure you provided your email address correctly but you still cannot find your reTicket(s), please, report this problem to the DEVILSTONE Ticket System coordinator: tadas@devilstone.net.

Are Devilstone tickets only sold via DEVILSTONE Ticket System?
Foreigners can only book advance tickets via the DEVILSTONE Ticket System (or purchase them in Lithuania). On the festival days tickets can be purchased at the entrance.
