Devilstone Presents the Remaining Lineup

Devilstone is glad to announce the remaining names in the lineup of the ninth festival, taking place from the 13th to the 16th of July in Dainuva valley, Anykščiai. The following bands are both from the lowest underground to the top of the tops, both local and foreign, metal advocates and dance music professionals.

The heavyweight division will be supported by two more thrash metal acts. Die-hard old-schoolers DISTILLATOR from The Netherlands will deliver a show with a pure 80’s vibe and the locals PHRENETIX are returning to Devilstone with a more defined and technical sound. Additionally, BLINDEAD from Poland will enrich the extreme side of the festival with their progressive compositions, seasoned with doom/sludge elements and a bit of electronics.

The indie rock flank is reinforced with one of the hottest bands of 2017 – THE AMAZONS, a highly acclaimed and award-winning four-piece act from the UK. They will share the Barbablu stage with INDIAN ASKIN: loud, foul-mouthed nu-punks whose carelessness is their charm. But they are not the only crazies! PRETTY VICIOUS, whose teenage angst turned out to be pretty big, will deliver some dynamic garage rock.

The new stage Barbablu will host one of the brightest stars in in the local sky: SOLO ANSAMBLIS. The inventors of sad-dance offer captivating lo-fi/post-punk/electronic melodies adorned with philosophical lyrics. Other Lithuanian acts include a trap project SUICIDEOSCOPE, hardcore representatives ANTONIO RISQUÉ, and modern hippies ABUDU.

The main stages will not be the only sources of music at Devilstone. The nigh-time shows will be held at the Turbo stage; three nights will be dedicated to three different musical currents.

Unfortunately, there have been some losses: EAGULLS are forced to cancel their show due to personal reasons. There are some circumstances that are beyond our control.
